From the very start I had a good feeling about this place. From the reviews and the responses to said reviews. I sent an intro email and since I was a in a bit of ah hurry. I called before they could respond and what ya know as soon as I called the young lady at the front desk knew exactly who I was and was soon to call me. To make a long story short they were extremely knowledgeable very keen to my needs, & even though they are pros they’re humble so with the knowledge I have they allowed me to sponge from their wisdom. I recommend this place above any and all in the city. What an experience i am sure to visit again and again. Thanks again Wisp for your awesome customer service and delivering top notch quality service rendered.

Love this place!! I have used them several times for various cell phone problems and they did an excellent job on my repairs. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them. Ive attached before and after pics of my phone which is why I visited this last time.

I brought my computer in to address a persistent issue where my Google Chrome searches were consistently being redirected to another website. I rely on this computer for work, so time was of the essence. To my pleasant surprise, the technician promptly began working on it and efficiently resolved the problem. The entire staff was exceptionally polite, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this place. These individuals are truly outstanding! Thank you once again for your invaluable assistance! These folks are LEGENDS!

This place is a rip-off. I brought my laptop there to be fixed and was told after they took it apart that it couldn't be fixed and they couldn't put it back in its original state. So my laptop that worked now doesn't. My battery had an issue and they had to take it out that I understand, my screen had a crack on it and they said it was too replace. That was fine except they didn't replace the laptop to its original state even if I just had to buy a battery I would have understood but no they took it apart and couldn't put it back and then said they could help me find one for the price they were gonna use to fix it. They did not compensate me for the laptop they BROKE and basically said sometimes things can't be fixed and it's no one's fault.They are a Scam please don't waste your time or your money

Brought in my Play Station 5 and after I was quoted at another shop of it taking 2 weeks, wisp was able to get it done on the same day for about half the price. I was without my play station for about 6 months, but I’m super grateful that wisp was able to help me out. Jamal (the owner) even directly spoke to me and I appreciated how awesome the entire staff was. L

Please work on the quality of your stores PS5 HDMI repairs as I'm tired of fixing the fallout of your solder techs work. Just atrocious. And please stop using low-melt solder to attach new HDMI's to the board. It's lazy and bad practice. Then when a customer comes back to you within 2 months because there device stopped displaying and you tell them it's not an HDMI issue WHEN IT MOST DEFINITELY IS BECAUSE YOUR TECH IS USING LOW-MELT SOLDER TO ATTACH THE NEW HDMI PORT. Tsk Tsk Tsk

I was about to buy my son a new game because he broke a part on his old one , luckily I was referred to wisp they save me a lot of money right before Christmas , his old game just needed a minor repair they didn’t try to get over on me and were very professional with quick service,! 5 stars plus

Wow. Just wow. They have ALWAYS been AMAZING! 2/4 times I went there they didn’t charge me because it was a simple fix and the other 2 were broken screens. Hands down best/honest place for phone, computer, etc… repair. Thanks to all of you for being AWESOME !!!
